MARCH 2019. KENNESAW, Ga.— Henssler Financial has been named a Top Workplace Achiever by The Atlanta Journal Constitution in their 2019 Top Workplaces Awards.
The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a Philadelphia-based employee research and consulting firm. Roughly 255 metro Atlanta companies agreed to participate in the survey, with more than 48,000 workers supplying responses. More than 20 aspects of workplace culture were measured, including organizational health, company leadership, and training and expectations.
Employers were ranked in groups of similar size, large companies of 500 or more employees, mid-size companies with 150 to 499 employees, and small companies with fewer than 149 employees. Forty-three additional Atlanta-area companies were chosen as Top Achievers for scoring above the national benchmark, which is where Henssler Financial placed.
