Should the Small Business Administration open the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) funding window again, applicants who have already submitted their applications should continue to be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, based on several sources, we have learned that if you applied for and received an EIDL application number that begins with the number “3,” then you are in the queue with the SBA for the advance and remaining EIDL funds. If your EIDL application number begins with the number “2,” you will need to reapply to be considered for the advance portion of the EIDL.
