April 2011. Kennesaw, Ga. — Henssler Financial was named to the Atlanta’s Top 100 Workplaces 2011 list—a roll call of the best places to work in the Atlanta region. Henssler placed in the small-business category for companies that have 124 or fewer employees.
More than 490 companies were nominated, and the consulting group Workplace Dynamics narrowed the list to 166 firms. The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based on feedback from an employee survey. Companies were graded (per survey responses) on several factors — the direction of the company, execution, work conditions, career paths, management, pay and benefits.
“This speaks volumes of the positive environment we strive to create for our employees,” said Gene W. Henssler, Ph.D., Henssler Financial President and CEO. “It is a huge compliment to know our employees are proud of where they work and are excited to come into work every day. It makes all the difference in how we interact with our clients.”
“When our employees are satisfied with their jobs, and proud of the company, the attitude is extended to our clients,” said William G. Lako, Jr., CFP®, the financial advisory and money management firm’s managing director. “The confidence our experts have in the firm is integral in building trust with our clients. Trust is one of the most important factors we can have as financial advisers.”
