MARCH 2020, KENNESAW, Ga.— The employees have spoken! Henssler Financial is a Top Workplace!
Henssler Financial has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The firm is No. 48 on the list of small companies named Top Workplaces this year. The list, based solely on employee feedback, was gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, an employee engagement technology partner. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“With only 150 companies making the list, our strong sense of culture plays a part in our success,” said Gene Henssler, Ph.D., president of the firm. “It is so important that we create a positive environment for our employees to do their best work.”
Principal and Chief Operating Officer, Stacy Haubenschild, believes the firm’s vision to “Invest in Others” inspires employees to engage with their clients and community.
“We are committed to supporting employees’ desire to learn, the candor shared between staff and management, the integrity every employee upholds, and most importantly, the unity and friendship that has developed because of what we do,” said Haubenschild. “Our employees differentiate Henssler in the marketplace. They are undoubtedly our most important asset.”
“For more than a decade, the Top Workplaces award has helped organizations stand out among their competitors to attract talent,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This differentiation is more important than ever in today’s tight labor market. Establishing a continuous conversation with employees so you have a deep understanding of your unique culture is proven to help achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. No longer is recognition simply a much-deserved cause for celebration, but it’s fast becoming mission-critical to establish a competitive advantage for recruitment and retention.”
