Indices closed with mixed moves on Monday, June 24, 2019. The Dow ended the session slightly higher while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq shed some points. Bristol Myers Squibb led decliners on the S&P 500. Shares of the stock fell 7.42% to $45.69 after the company said it would divest Otezla in order to speed up the acquisition of Celgene. On another note, chip brands dipped after the Commerce Department banned five more Chinese companies from buying U.S. made parts. Looking ahead, the G-20 summit is set to kick off in Osaka, Japan on Friday.
