“Our clients’ confidence is paramount. We believe it is our job to go above and beyond whenever we can to earn and keep a client’s trust and respect,” firm owner Dr. Henssler said. “We strive to be a positive influence in the lives of clients through multiple disciplines.”
The published lists represent financial professionals with an average one-year client retention rate of 96%. The surveys considered 4,433 wealth manager candidates and 909 Certified Public Accountant candidates in the Atlanta area. Five Star Professional conducts market-specific research to identify service professionals who satisfied 10 objective eligibility and evaluation requirements. Five Star Professional also uses multiple supporting processes to help ensure a favorable regulatory and complaint history exists.
“We are committed to providing our clients clarity by asking the right questions about their money, and paying attention to their individual needs. By reviewing their taxes, estate plan and insurance, we consider all of the key elements necessary to build custom financial plans,” added Mr. Lako, one of the firm’s seven principals. “This recognition is evidence that our work provides clients peace of mind.”
The Five Star Professional research team identified candidates by one of three sources: firm nomination, peer nomination or pre-qualification based on industry standing. The team focused on five points of eligibility: credentialed as an investment advisory representative, registered investment advisor or a credentialed Certified Public Accountant; actively employed as a credentialed professional in their respective industry for a minimum of five years; favorable regulatory and complaint history review; fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards or spends more than 50% of their time on taxation or other accounting services, and accepting new clients.
One-year and five-year client retention rates; assets under advisement; number of households served, one-year billing realization rate and education and professional designations were also considered.
Working with a Five Star Wealth Manager or any wealth manager is no guarantee of future investment success, nor is there any guarantee the selected wealth manager will be awarded this accomplishment by Five Star Professional in the future.
