Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I view files I’ve uploaded to the portal?
From the home page, select File Exchange and then select the Items to Henssler folder. Select the tax document to view.
From the home page, select Upload Tax Documents and then select the tax document to view.
Where do I view my tax return?
From the home page, select your folder under Documents, select the Tax Returns folder, then the applicable year, and finally select your tax return to view.
How do I change my password?
From your login page, select Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.
Please note: If you have not set up your security questions, you will need to reset via email.
What if I’ve forgotten my Login ID?
