October 2011. Kennesaw, Ga.—Recognized for providing exceptional service and overall satisfaction, 13 associates from Henssler Financial were named on the 2011 Five Star Wealth Managers list in the October issue of Atlanta magazine.

The final list of 2011 Atlanta Five Star Wealth Managers is a select group, representing less than 2% of licensed wealth managers in the area.

Five Star Professional provides localized, independent research to identify service professionals who provide quality service to clients. The research team surveyed 1 in 4 high-net-worth households—more than 68,500—and more than 7,500 registered financial services professionals in the Atlanta area. The team focused on nine criteria: customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction. Additionally, five years of minimum experience in the financial services industry is required to be considered for the list.

Any regulatory and civil judicial actions on each wealth manager were reviewed, as well as any customer complaints by FINRA and other regulatory agencies. A panel of industry experts reviewed the list before it was finalized.
