Indices closed with mixed moves on Monday. The Dow shed some points. The S&P 500 and Nasdaq ended slightly in the green zone. Financial brands such as Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase and technology stocks like Apple and Google led gainers. When all was said and done, however, trading ended somewhat flat today on Wall Street. Meanwhile, in ratings moves, RBC Capital boosted Intel to Outperform from Sector Perform. Elsewhere, in merger action, McAfee is set to acquire Stonesoft for $389 million in cash. Looking ahead, earnings reports are due tomorrow from companies such as Walt Disney and Coca Cola Bottling.
