Eight Promoted in Planning & Implementation Department

Henssler Financial, an independent financial advisory and wealth management firm, has promoted eight professionals in the firm’s Kennesaw office. The promotions expand the senior capabilities across several of the firm’s offices and dedicated industry groups.

Promoted to Managing Associate

Wes Hackney, CFP®, Charlie Holloway, CFP®, CDFA™, and Shawna Theriault, CFP®, C.P.A., were promoted to the role of Managing Associate. They will become more engaged in initiating new business, working on overarching planning issues, managing staff, and leading teams.

Promoted to Associate

D.J. Barker, CWS®, Will Bowen, CFP®, Tommy Cole, and K.C. Smith were promoted to Associate. Their new responsibilities include managing client accounts on a day-to-day basis, as well as providing financial consulting for businesses and individuals.

Promoted to Training Manager

Additionally, Adam Ledbetter, CFP®, was promoted to Training Manager. He will be developing the firm’s training program to accommodate technological changes and enhance productivity and quality of work.
