“Everything we do for our clients is in an effort to help them Live Ready—now and in the future,” firm owner Dr. Henssler said. “As financial advisers, we are in a service industry. Sometimes this industry can be a really tough and competitive industry. We affect people’s lives. We help them achieve their dreams. I am honored and appreciative that our clients have chosen my staff and me to play a key role in shaping their future.”
“We believe that the path to financial success is not a single route but a direction. Our mantra of Live Ready is about knowing you are on a path to reach your goals, and knowing that you can change your goals and that you shouldn’t be behind,” added Lako, one of the firm’s seven principals. “This recognition is proof that we differentiate ourselves through service, placing the clients’ priorities at the heart of their strategy to secure a bright future.”
“First and foremost, we owe it to our clients. We are greatly indebted to them, but also to our teams of financial experts, who are constantly striving for better implementation of our clients’ financial plans,” said Henssler.
The Five Star Professional research team surveyed more than 49,000 households. The households were identified as having a high propensity to use the services of wealth managers. The research team also surveyed more than 10,300 registered financial services professionals in the Atlanta area.
The team focused on five points of eligibility: credentialed as an investment advisory representative, a FINRA-registered representative, a CPA or licensed attorney; actively employed as a credentialed professional in the financial services industry for a minimum of five years; favorable regulatory and complaint history review; fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards, and accepting new clients.
Each wealth manager was reviewed for disciplinary actions, customer complaints and regulatory actions, as reported by regulatory agencies. One-year and five-year client retention rates; assets under advisement; number of households served, and education and professional designations were also considered.
