AUGUST 2023, Kennesaw, Ga.— Henssler Financial has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by Atlanta Journal-Constitution Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
2023 marks the fifth consecutive year that Henssler Financial has ranked among the Small Companies with 50-150 employees. Henssler Financial has been honored all 13 years for exceeding standards for what it means to be a top workplace, according to Energage, the AJC’s survey partner. Getting on this list is no small feat, as a record 7,998 companies were nominated this year.
