Nathan Deal

This week, Dr. Gene and Ted Parrish, CFA, had the opportunity to interview former U.S. Congressman Nathan Deal. Deal is currently seeking the Republican nomination for the gubernatorial race in November.

Deal and former Secretary of State Karen Handel are in the Republican primary run-off election on August 10, 2010, to see who will face Democrat candidate Roy Barnes in November.

Both candidates were excited for an opportunity to reach an audience who is focused on the issues that Georgia faces as our economy recovers, as well as an audience who understands the importance of strong leadership and fiscal responsibility.

Karen Handel joined us on for the August 1st “Money Talks” broadcast, and her interview is also available on our web site. Our goal is to have the winner of the run-off and Roy Barnes on air prior to the November election.
